WHY – The Problem
Traditional methods of managing school operations often lead to inefficiencies, lack of coordination, and difficulty in accessing real-time information. Challenges such as manual data entry, disparate systems, and communication gaps can result in administrative burdens, errors, and decreased productivity, impacting the overall effectiveness of educational institutions.
WHAT – The Solution
To address these challenges, a School Management System (SMS) was developed, offering a comprehensive solution tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. SMS streamlines various administrative tasks including student enrollment, attendance tracking, timetable management, academic grading, and communication between stakeholders. With features such as centralized data management, automated workflows, and reporting capabilities, SMS empowers schools to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and provide a better educational experience for students, teachers, and parents alike.
HOW – TECH START
The School Management System (SMS) project commenced with PHP Laravel for backend development, alongside HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend interfaces. MySQL was chosen for database management. Backend development focused on robust API creation, while frontend design emphasized user-friendly experiences. Modules were developed for student management, attendance tracking, timetable generation, grading, and communication tools. Ongoing support ensures alignment with educational advancements.
