  • For one of our SMB customers (an IT networking equipment reseller for the US market), consolidating their sales operations, marketing, payment settlement and commissions for sales agents was a big challenge which was costing them over 200K man-hours in lost productivity.

WHAT – The Solution

  • Our team analyzed their workflows, automated them through customized implementation of ERP Next to consolidate their sales operations and resolve the commission allocation problem recovering the man-hours they were losing previously.
