WHY – The Problem
Managing ongoing jobs and tracking their statuses for an electrical company providing insurance claims and repair services posed significant challenges due to manual processes and lack of a centralized system. This led to inefficiencies, errors, and difficulties in coordinating teams, scheduling jobs, and communicating with customers effectively, resulting in delays and customer dissatisfaction
WHAT – The Solution
To address these challenges, a custom solution named Tradesflow was developed based on the client’s specific requirements. Tradesflow is a multi-tenant system designed to streamline job management, scheduling, team coordination, and customer communication. With user roles including Super Admin, Admin, Manager, and Worker, Tradesflow provides a comprehensive platform for inventory management, payroll management, scheduler, teams management, leads management, and jobs management
HOW – Tech Start
Tradesflow was developed using modern technologies to ensure scalability, efficiency, and user-friendliness. The system architecture encompasses backend development, frontend interfaces, and database management. PHP Laravel was utilized for backend development, providing robust APIs for seamless communication between components. The frontend was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for intuitive user interfaces. MySQL was chosen for database management to store job details, inventory information, payroll records, and customer data securely. The system features modules for inventory management, payroll management, scheduler, teams management, leads management, and jobs management, ensuring all aspects of the client’s business are efficiently handled. Ongoing maintenance and support are provided to ensure Tradesflow remains reliable, secure, and aligned with the client’s evolving needs
