Project Description

WHY – The Problem:

Managing accounts and top-up transactions for retailers (customers) selling mobile and gift cards posed significant challenges due to manual processes and lack of streamlined operations. This led to inefficiencies, errors, and difficulties in tracking transactions and balances accurately.

WHAT – The Solution:

Implementing a comprehensive system for customer khata management with integrated top-up functionality addresses the challenges faced by retailers. By automating tasks related to account management, transaction tracking, and top-up processes, the system streamlines operations, enhances accuracy, and provides better control over financial activities.

HOW – Tech Start:

The customer khata management system is developed using PHP Laravel for backend operations, Flutter for mobile application development, and MySQL for database management. The process begins with a detailed analysis of requirements, followed by designing a scalable and efficient system architecture. Backend development with Laravel focuses on building APIs for user authentication, account management, and transaction tracking. Meanwhile, Flutter is used to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both customers and agents.

MySQL is employed to design a structured database schema for storing user and transaction data securely. During the integration phase, backend and frontend components are connected to ensure seamless communication. Rigorous testing is conducted to identify and fix any issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. After deployment, continuous maintenance and support are provided to keep the system robust, efficient, and updated with evolving user needs and technological advancements.
