Managing accounts and top-up transactions for retailers (customers) selling mobile and gift cards posed significant challenges due to manual processes and lack of streamlined operations. This led to inefficiencies, errors, and difficulties in tracking transactions and balances accurately.

Implementing a comprehensive system for customer khata management with integrated top-up functionality addresses the challenges faced by retailers. By automating tasks related to account management, transaction tracking, and top-up processes, the system streamlines operations, enhances accuracy, and provides better control over financial activities
HOW – Tech Start
The development of the customer khata management system involves leveraging PHP Laravel for backend development, Flutter for mobile application creation, and MySQL for database management.
